TRICARE, the military’s managed health-care system, now covers diagnoses of congestive heart failure. The agency urges all beneficiaries to contact their health-care provider if they experience any symptoms of heart failure, including: shortness of breath; chronic coughing or wheezing; fluid build-up; fatigue or light-headedness; nausea or lack of appetite; confusion; or high heart rate.
