“March Madness” basketball games on their military-owned devices, CBS News reported March 15. The email stated that video streams consume a great deal of bandwidth, which must be dedicated to use by warfighters. CBS and Turner are the networks airing the games. “Rebellious Pentagon employees can stream all games broadcast on CBS for free without a login on the NCAA’s web site and mobile apps,” CBS stated.
