The same three former Marines who hauled down the Stars and Stripes at the U.S. embassy in Havana, Cuba, in 1961 were in the city to watch it being raised again. Master Gunnery Sgt. James Tracy, Gunnery Sgt. Francis East, and Cpl. Larry Morris were part of the entourage accompanying Secretary of State John Kerry during the official Aug. 14 ceremony to rededicate the embassy, which reopened July 20.
