The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has released the dates for distribution of 2014 tax statements to service members, military retirees and Defense Department civilian employees. Retirees could view their account statements on their myPay sites as of Dec. 5, and should expect mailed versions between Dec. 19 and Jan. 10. Annuitants could see theirs on myPay as of Dec. 15, with mailed versions arriving between Dec. 19 and Jan. 10. Active soldiers, sailors and airmen can view their W-2 forms online as of Jan. 24, and expect delivery of mailed copies Jan. 24-29. Reserve soldiers, sailors and airmen can view their W-2 forms online as of Jan. 7, and expect mailed copies Jan. 10-14. Active and Reserve Marines can view their W-2 forms online beginning Jan. 14, and expect mail delivery Jan. 16-20.
