The partial results of the 2016 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey released so far once again underscore the differences among agencies in employee views on engagement and satisfaction.
In the satisfaction ranking, among large agencies the highest positive scores were at OMB, NASA and SEC, and the lowest at DHS, Broadcasting Board of Governors and SBA.
Among small agencies, the highest were Marine Mammal Commission, OSHA and National Endowment for the Arts, and the lowest were Commission on Civil Rights, FEC and Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board.
In terms of engagement, the highest among large agencies were FTC, NASA and OMB while the lowest were DHS, Broadcasting Board of Governors and VA.
Among small agencies, the highest were Marine Mammal Commission, OSHA and the U.S. Trade Representative, while the lowest were the U.S. Access Board, Commission on Civil Rights and the FEC.
