The Office of Personnel Management is offering a five-day course for managers responsible for integrating budget with performance in their organizations.

The course, called “Budget and Performance Integration/Improved Financial Performance,” is designed to provide insight into the President’s Management Agenda initiative on improving financial management, and how to get to green in support of the scorecard standards for success. It will also cover the legislative and regulatory environment governing financial management and how to align resource allocation goals with OMB’s Program Assessment Rating Tool, which is “key to getting to green.”

It takes place from Jan. 26 – 30, at the Eastern Management Development Center in Shepherdstown, WVa. Tuition is $2,600 and includes meals, lodging, and course materials. Find more info and register online.
