The Army is seeking nominations for three of its top awards for civilian employees.

The William H. Kushnick Award is open to all civilian employees involved in HR and recognizes a specific contribution culminated during calendar year 2014; and a career record that reflects highly effective personal career development, executive or technical ability, exemplary performance and demonstrated potential for higher level work.

The John W. Macy, Jr. Award is open to any supervisor and recognizes a specific contribution for which the nominee’s team was responsible, that enhanced Army’s mission accomplishment, and was accomplished because of the effective and caring leadership of the nominee; and a record of accomplishments in leadership of civilian personnel over a sustained time.

The Nick Hoge Professional Paper award is open to all employees, who author and submit papers on matters relating to civilian personnel administration and management that are judged professionally significant and of value to the Army.
