Federal Manager's Daily Report

The Office of Government Ethics has told agencies to send by June 1 information on waivers that they have approved over the last year from certain requirements under ethics laws, rules and executive orders.

The directives relate to personal financial conflicts of interest, personal business relationships with parties that have a financial interest in the agency’s work, payments from former employers, and other ethical requirements.

The reporting requirement allows some exceptions, including for certain members of the uniformed services, and those whose filed public financial disclosure reports but those reports were excluded from public availability for certain reasons.
