President Trump has signed into law:

P.L. 115-88, making permanent a requirement for OMB to make available to the public a list of each major IT investment made by an executive agency, including data on cost, schedule, and performance; requiring the CIO of each agency and the program manager of the investment within the agency to conduct a risk management review of investments that have received a high risk rating for four consecutive quarters; requiring OMB to assist certain agencies in reviewing their portfolio of IT investments; and extending the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative through FY 2020.

P.L. 118-85, requiring the GSA to help agencies improve mail processing, including in the selection and utilization of space, staff, equipment, and supplies; allowing the GSA to inspect the agency practices and programs in order to recommend improvements; and allowing it to set goals for records management systems or techniques.

P.L. 115-87, requiring that FEMA develop means of sharing information among federal agencies and with other levels of government to eliminate the need to file multiple disaster recovery applications and speed recovery efforts.
