PBS, founded in 1980, provides educational financial planning seminars to government agencies and their employees. Sessions focus on Thrift Savings Plan investment strategies and how to coordinate them with outside investments.
Defined benefits, CSRS, FERS, CSRS Offset, Social Security, deposits, re-deposits, federal insurance issues, and military issues are also discussed in detail.
Ultimately, these seminars will impart two basic strategies:
