If you have experience managing policy reviews and implementing metrics to assess their compliance, this job may be for you. The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is a small, dynamic, fast-paced federal agency whose work has far-reaching impact. If selected, you will be part of an integrated team that serves the American people by ensuring a safe and sound secondary mortgage market.
The Office of Human Resources Management serves as a strategic partner with other FHFA Offices, providing seamless support and guidance in human capital planning and development activities. Ideal candidates will have a commitment to guiding transformation and the ability to work both as a team member and independently. He or she will have expert skill in analyzing human capital management issues and/or human resources management functions, providing expert advice and recommendations, and developing or implementing policies and guidelines. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of federal Human Resources (HR) functional areas and their controlling statutes and regulations.
