separate under the initial phase of the Air Force’s fiscal 2005

noncommissioned officer retraining program, 668 other active-duty Airmen

face involuntary retraining. In Phase I of the program, Air Force officials

notified more than 3,000 Airmen selected as “vulnerable” to retrain and

Personnel Center enlisted retraining officials. Phase II began Dec. 2 and

will run through Feb. 28. Vulnerability listings by grade and Air Force
