The Air Force has bestowed its newest helicopter — the MH-139A — with the name “Grey Wolf.” The aircraft will fly security and support missions in the skies over intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) bases in Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Colorado and Nebraska, replacing the UH-1N Huey. Boeing has a $2.38 billion contract to produce up to 84 Grey Wolf helicopters. The naming ceremony took place Dec. 19 at Duke Field, Fla.
