A former Army supply sergeant and a telemarketer each have pleaded guilty to gratuity and bribery. According to the U.S. Justice Department, Antonelle Ann Sanchez, 35, admitted to accepting more than $95,000 in postal money orders from George Szekeres, 67, a telemarketing-company owner. Szekeres’s company, Advance Imaging, supplied printing cartridges to Fort Bragg, N.C., through Sanchez. In exchange for the money orders, Sanchez bought more than $1 million in printer cartridges from Szekeres. In early 2012, Sanchez and Szekeres agreed that he pay her 10 percent of the cartridges’ purchase price, in exchange for the deal. Sanchez and Szekeres each agreed to forfeit $95,610. She could face four years in prison, while he faces a possible 15-year sentence.
