The Marine Corps has resumed training for law-enforcement personnel. The training had been suspended to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, and will take place with participants following Defense Department and service guidelines for safety. Units that cannot resume training because of local risk-mitigation measures are required to provide documentation that would be reviewed by the service’s inspector general. Trainees whose courses were impacted by the stoppage have 180 days after the Oct. 20 directive to resume training.
