Westminster College is resuming its Army ROTC program after a 26-year hiatus. Officials at the Fulton, Mo., school announced that the new program would operate jointly with Lincoln University, a predominantly black institution located in nearby Jefferson City. The schools will conduct training on both campuses, and offer scholarships for all eligible participants. Like other ROTC programs across the country, students who graduate will make an eight-year commitment to serve in the Army.
