The Partnership for Public Service has launched an “agency performance dashboard” which pulls together workforce and other data on major federal agencies from a number of sources.

“Agencies can use the dashboard to glean insights about their operations and workforce, identify areas for improvement, and discuss best practices with other departments across government. For the public, the dashboard provides easily accessible information about how agencies work, thus enabling greater government accountability and transparency,” the Partnership said in an online posting.

Among the workforce data are demographics such as representation by gender and minority status, age, attrition rates and retirement eligibility; employee engagement scores; confidence in whistleblower protections; and ratings from the Partnership’s reports on the best places to work in government.

Management-related data include rates of implementation of open recommendations from the GAO, IT modernization scores from the House Oversight and Reform Committee, and information on top management challenges identified by agency IG offices.
