The application period will open May 1 for the annual CXO Fellowship program, a professional development program in the areas of acquisitions, finance, human capital, and information technology, geared to federal employees currently at GS-9 through -13.

The program, sponsored by the government-wide C-suite level councils, offers educational seminars and events over a one-year period. There is no charge for participation but approval of the immediate supervisor is necessary.

Fellows remain in their current positions at their home agency and come together twice a month as a cohort for developmental sessions in leadership, cross-functional and interagency collaboration, and career development. In these sessions, CXO Fellows meet with leaders in the federal management community and gain valuable insight into innovative initiatives and best practices.
