Federal Manager's Daily Report

The EEOC has expanded its Public Portal, which allows federal employees to manage requests for hearings and appeals of EEO cases, identify an attorney or representative and provide their contact information, submit and receive documents supporting their case, check the status of a case, update contact information, respond to an invitation to engage in alternative dispute resolution at the hearings stage, and more.

The agency said the system “is a faster and easier way for federal employees, agencies and the EEOC to communicate, send and receive documents, and track case status. We expect it to greatly improve the efficiency and transparency of the EEOC’s hearings and appeals of discrimination complaints brought by federal employees and applicants.”

The EEOC is directly notifying complainants with pending cases that they may register. The portal is at https://publicportal.eeoc.gov.
