The FLRA has announced a series of training sessions on labor-management topics on Tuesdays starting May 3 and extending through August 23.
The topics, to be addressed in three separate sessions each, are introduction to the FLRA, unfair labor processes and official time; meetings, investigatory examinations, formal discussions and bypasses; statements, discrimination, misconduct and a union’s duty of fair representation; and bargaining.
