The FLRA has launched a Youtube channel featuring five training videos designed to supplement its in-person training events—which like training in general government-wide has been suspended—on unfair labor practices under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute, the labor-management section of civil service law.

The posting on YouTube also complies with the agency’s most recent strategic plan’s goal of providing resources to help prevent and more efficiently resolve labor disputes and improve relations.
