Federal Manager's Daily Report

OPM has told agencies to report data on workforce diversity used for three separate reports, including information on their accomplishments, successful and promising practices and their progress toward addressing under-representation.

A memo says agencies must submit by November 29 the information used for the Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment Program report, the Hispanic Employment in the Federal Government report and the Federal Employment of People with Disabilities report.

The first of those is required by law while the latter two are required by executive orders. While the reports are supposed to be annual, the most recent of the first two were issued in early 2018, covering 2016, while the most recent of the third was issued in late 2016, covering 2015.
