OPM has revamped its UnlockTalent.gov site, seeking to better facilitate collaboration and information sharing across agencies, while adding content.
The site has been redesigned into five sections consistent with the human capital framework: workforce demographics, talent management, performance management, strategic planning and alignment, and evaluation.
The former community of practice section has been renamed UnlockTalent Connect to “serve as a useful platform allowing employees to form connections that help to address critical challenges in the federal government.” It contains case studies, videos, training, research, and best practices.
Added information includes links to upcoming trainings, conferences, announcements and other opportunities and best practices, research and other resources from private sector sources as well as from agencies. OPM invited agencies to submit such information, as well as research and other information.
