Federal Manager's Daily Report

The Office of Government Ethics has updated its Compilation of Federal Ethics Laws reflecting changes made in the 115th Congress which concluded at the end of 2018.

Among other things, the compilation contains the extension of a section of the STOCK Act that allows for redactions of certain sensitive information in financial disclosure reports; new requirements for disclosures; new potential monetary penalties for violations; and a revision to the Hatch Act clarifying that any combination of the potential penalties may be applied.

The compilation is at www.oge.gov/compilation.
