Bowles Ave. Suite 200, Littleton, Colorado 80123-9501. Those wishing to apply for assistance should call (800) 323-4140. Meanwhile, President Clinton has issued a memo stating that employees affected by the fires and who can be spared from their usual responsibilities be excused from duty without charge to leave or loss of pay. And the Office of Personnel Management has authorized agencies with employees in the area to establish emergency leave transfer programs.
