In my divorce decree, my ex-spouse was awarded survivor benefits of my pension. But she remarried prior to turning 55 years age. Is she now ineligible to receive survivor benefits? Also if her new husband divorces her before she turns 55, would she then become re-eligible for my survivor benefits on my pension. Thank you! Blocked by moderator
