During my divorce settlement agreement, is it possible to offer my ex-spouse a required amount of annuity (FERS) for a certain amount of years (i.e. 5 years until he reaches 62) or do I have to pay until he or I die? I will NOT offer survivorship 25% benefits if this is the route I go as I will revoke this survivor benefits in place. I was married 10 years of my 30.6 years of federal service. Blocked by moderator
