I was a seasonal from 5/82 to the date that I got permament. HROC counting the years that I bought back but not the months and days. They say that my retirement date is 01/02/2021. I think it will be 8/31/2020. What do you think?

With the information you have provided, I am unable to answer your question. If you began your permanent position April 2, 1995, and you had 4 years 8 months 10 days of creditable service and you made your deposit, your Retirement Service Computation date should be July 23, 1990. Your retirement date would be determined by your age and number of years of service.
