I am a retired air traffic controller born January 1960, I retired October 2014, I am in the process of searching for another job, how much additional income can I make in retirement without being penalized ?

If you are a FERS retired ATC, your MRA would be 56. Since you are currently age 58, your FERS Retiree Annuity Supplement is the only money that would be earnings tested. For the year 2018, the earnings limit is $17,040. If you make over that amount, your supplement will be reduced $1 for every $2 over that amount.
