What happens if my annuity doesn’t cover all the deductions?

I am retiring soon at 62/5 years. Since I’ve also worked some of that time part-time, my annuity will be very small. What happens if the annuity doesn’t cover all the deductions for insurance, survivor benefit, etc?

Your pension will be reduced for the survivor benefit election first. Then if you have insuffient monies left to pay your health and life insurance premiums, OOM will permit your direct payment for those premiums and will advise you once your pension is finalized.
