When I die and my spouse receives 55% of my annuity, will she lose any of her SS benefits?

No, she will not lose any of her Social Security, even though you are a CSRS retiree. The Windfall Elimination Provision and the Government Pension Offset (known to CSRS folks as the “evil twins”) only apply to the CSRS retiree, not to their spouse.
