Owner Nancy Segal has 30+ years of federal civilian HR management experience. Since founding Solutions for the Workplace, LLC, she has presented hundreds of leadership and human resource management training programs at several Department of Defense agencies, the Veteran’s Health Administration, EPA, FEMA, the Small Business Administration, International Trade Commission, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Census, Department of Commerce, FinCEN, Department of State, Smithsonian Institution, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and many others.
