The U.S. Army Contracting Command awarded Wisconsin-based Oshkosh Defense, LLC, with an $803.9 million contract to build 2,721 Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV). The contract contains provisions for the delivery of more vehicles in the future, for use by each of the four armed services. The country of Montenegro would get 50 JLTVs, making it among the first NATO ally nation to do so.
