Soldiers Offered Promotion Opportunity

Soldiers in pay grades E-1 through E-3 can earn promotions by referring someone to enlist in the Army.

“If a referred candidate signs a contract, you can be advanced in rank and earn points for promotion to SGT [sergeant] and SSG [staff sergeant], Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael Grinston said in a tweet.

He referred interested soldiers to goarmy.com/refer.html for more details. The web site contains a form to be filled out by both referring soldiers and the people they are referring.

The site advertises benefits including up to 50K in enlistment bonuses, 2-year enlistment options, and up to 40K in quick-ship bonuses.
