Army Accepting Fellowship Nominations

The Army is soliciting nominations for its upcoming Army Congressional Fellowship Program, designed to provide congressional training to Army civilians as well as military officers. The program will run from August 2007 to December 2008. Following initial training, fellows are assigned to serve on the staff of a member of Congress, a congressional committee, or a support agency of Congress.

The program is open to Army civilian employees, GS-12 through 15, who have career status and serve in permanent competitive positions. Deadline for nominations is Aug. 15. Further information is at
