The 2005 Nick Hoge Professional essay competition, an annual
essay program dedicated to promoting excellence in Civilian
Human Resources management, is now open to military and
civilian employees, appropriated fund and non-appropriated
fund, US citizens and local nationals in the Army.
The professional papers are to address human resources
management and associated topics. are eligible to submit
essays for the Nick Hoge Award. Essays are due to the
Office of the Assistant G-1 for Civilian Personnel Policy,
Policy and Program Development Division before April 1.
