DHS, Transportation, Interior Rank Last in Employee Survey

DHS Transportation and Interior are three of the larger departments ranked near the bottom in all categories of OPM’s human capital survey released in January.

For leadership and knowledge management, DHS ranked number 35 out of 37 agencies, while Transportation ranked 36 and Interior 34.

In the category of results oriented performance culture, DHS and Transportation again held the number 35 and 36 spots, again buffered by the Broadcasting Board of Governors which ranked last, while Interior ranked number 30.

For talent management and job satisfaction the results were much the same, but with Interior climbing to number 27 and 26 for those measures.
