The Federal Labor Relations Authority has announced a revised Office of the General Counsel representation case law outline, comprising a collection of representation case law developed under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.
The OGC, FLRA members and the staff of each regional office collaborated to produce the outline, which is a tool for researching representation case issues and is available at http://flra.gov/webfm_send/695
GC Julia Akins Clark said the posting is part of an effort to provide more training and education opportunities concerning representation rights and obligations under the statute.
