The Office of Personnel Management has scheduled a course
for May 18 — 21 for GS-15s, SES members, and their
equivalents interested in the Office of Personnel Management
Executive Core Qualifications listed under Leadership
Competencies.
Given at the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville,
“Leadership Competencies: Enhancing Group Commitment,
Practical Approaches for Transforming a Group of Relative
Strangers into a Supportive, Cohesive, and Productive
Team,” is designed to provide an environment in which
executives can practice getting people to work together and
become more involved and committed to fully realize the
power of groups.
The course consists of video taped team scenarios of custom
designed work situations followed by class discussions and
presentations and coaching.
The $2,345 fee includes meals, lodging, tuition and course
