GSA has announced the launch of an online tool to help federal, state and local government agencies buy IT products and services by matching customer requirements to GSA’s best IT contract vehicles.
"We’ve heard how difficult it is to find the optimal contract vehicles to meet their requirements," said GSA assistant commissioner for the Office of Integrated Technology Services, Mary Davie.
The tool – https://gsafas.secure.force.com/itsn – takes a customer’s requirements and provides that customer with the best-fit GSA contract vehicle solutions along with the relevant contact information.
GSA said the tool also makes it easier for government contracting officers and procurement teams to conduct pre-acquisition market research on IT products and services as well as find the best acquisition vehicles for their requirements.
