GSA has posted a user’s guide to benchmarks.gsa.gov, through which anyone with a .gov email and a MAX login will be able to access and produce reports based on the administration’s Performance Management Agenda data on acquisition, financial management, human capital, IT management and real property.
The guide shows how users can compare data among agencies, compare components within agencies, compare similar components across the government, and view each of those metrics at one glance. Selections also are available by peer groups that cluster similar agencies together.
Reports can be exported as a pdf file or as a data set.
