The General Services Administration has publicly
demonstrated a new online toolkit designed to provide
federal agencies with templates and best practices to
emulate the more successful and innovate web sties in
government.
The kit, which received an, “Innovations in American
Government Award,” was created by the interagency
committee on government reform through a team of web
managers representing all cabinet agencies, said GSA.
It said the award ceremony coincided with the fourth
anniversary of firstgov.gov, which it manages through
its office of citizen services and communications.
