Insurance Election Deadline for Postal Workers

Today is the deadline for postal employees to use PostalEASE employee self-service on employee networks LiteBlue and Blue and at employee kiosks to make their first ever open season elections for the Federal Employees Health Benefits and Flexible Spending Accounts programs, USPS has said.

Afterward, postal workers can still make elections until January 31 by filling out a PostalEASE election worksheet and mailing or faxing that to the HR shared service center.

Only employees making their first FSA election for 2009 can use PostalEASE, USPS said.
