GSA has announced it awarded a five year task order to Systems Research and Applications Corp. International to handle help desk and logistics support, enterprise network services, engineering, enterprise architecture, systems development, security program support, project management office support, and continuity program support for GAO, all under the “Phoenix” program.

GSA’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center, a program of the Federal Acquisition Service, completed technical specifications, procurement documentation, and oversaw the $117 million support contract.

It was awarded under the GSA millennia government-wide acquisition contract program to SRA and a variety of subcontractors. GSA said the project would consolidate and update numerous IT systems that constitute GAO’s internal workflow processes.
