MSPB is soliciting ideas for it to research, and to help spur ideas, it suggests thinking about the following questions:
What is the most important issue affecting the management of the federal workforce?
What is one thing in the federal workplace that should be done more fairly?
What is one thing in the federal workplace that should be done more efficiently or effectively?
What research could MSPB conduct that would be distinct from the work of other agencies and organizations such as OPM, GAO, the National Academy of Public Administration, and the Partnership for Public Service?
