OPM has launched a new website pulling together leadership development programs and courses throughout federal agencies.
Dubbed the “Federal Leadership Development Program,” the website allows current and future managers, supervisors, and executives to search by agency and pay level to find out what steps they can take to advance their careers.
“FedLDP will provide more opportunities for federal employees who lead, or aspire to lead, as team leaders, supervisors, managers and executives,” said OPM director Linda Springer.
“The opportunities provided by FedLDP will help employees enhance their leadership capabilities, resulting in a more effective civilian workforce.”
