The Office of Personnel Management has awarded Integic
two contracts in support of the enterprise human resources
integration e-gov initiative, news organizations covering
the technology industry that supplies the federal
government have reported.
In a press release, Integic said its electronic official
personnel folder would give agencies an electronic
record keeping system and provide managers with more
human capital management capabilities.
It said its ePower software is a platform agencies can use
to automate business processes and integrate legacy
systems as well as “deep domain knowledge of the federal
government.”
According to the release, Health and Human Services, the
Department of State, the Coast Guard and the Transportation
Security Administration are implementing the system.
Integic estimates that its products would contribute to
about $700 million in savings through the e-gov initiative
over 10 years after being fully implemented.
