Webinar Scheduled on Customer Experience Portion of Management Agenda

The Biden administration has scheduled a “fireside chat” webinar for October 3 beginning at 1 p.m. Eastern time on developments under the “transforming federal customer experience” portion of the President’s Management Agenda.

Featured speakers will be GSA administrator Robin Carnahan and OMB associate director for performance and personnel management Loren DeJonge Schulman.

Customer Experience is the cornerstone for all interactions with the government. In order to build trust and deliver critical services, agencies must collaborate to design and deliver services that are easy to use, efficient, and effective.

The President’s Management Agenda (PMA) team will be hosting a virtual conversation on Tuesday, October 3, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, to discuss some of the most significant updates to the PMA CX Priority to deliver Excellent, Equitable, and Secure Federal Services and Customer Experience to the American people.

This 45-minute virtual discussion will feature a fireside chat between Associate Director for Performance and Personnel Management at Office of Management and Budget Loren DeJonge Schulman and GSA Administrator Robin Carnahan, Priority Area Lead for Priority 2.
