Analytics Dashboard Featuring Agency-Level Views

The analytics.usa.gov website is now featuring a drop down menu allowing users to view website traffic data on 10 of the 45 agencies participating in the Digital Analytics Program. Previously web traffic was only viewable in aggregate for government sites as a whole but users can now zero in on the Department of Commerce’s traffic, or that of the Justice, Education, Energy and Interior Departments, for example, and see how much traffic and agency’s sites get, where that traffic is coming from, the most popular downloads and pages and so on – such as the IRS’s wildly popular Where’s My Refund feature.
