FEDweek “Experts’ View” columnist Reg Jones has been awarded the 2004 Bun B. Bray, Jr. Award presented by the Council of Former Federal Executives, an organization of former federal government executives who promote quality public service. The award, named in honor of the founder of COFFE, is granted annually to a former executive who, after leaving the federal service, displays sustained and effective support of public service. It’s the first time a living COFFE member has ever received it.
